injured worker, or their attorney, can phone in the necessary information to
our toll free number - 1-888-2COMPRX. Any prescriptions that need to be filled
should be faxed or mailed in, or the prescribing physician can call them
directly to our pharmacy. |

| Once received, Workers Comp Rx will
verify the information with the insurance carrier, to ensure the claim is open,
and confirm the medication is being covered. |

| All covered medications will be
shipped promptly. If medications are not being covered due to missing or
incomplete information, we'll work on the injured workers behalf to get what is
needed. We continue to fill medication even during a Utilization Review. |

|

| In certain situations, if prescribed
medications are not covered, the injured worker may be eligible for our
Prescriptions at Cost (PAC) Program, which would allow them to obtain the
medication at considerable cost savings. |
|
|
|
|
| Post Settlement Prescription Plans
are available for clients to provide medications after cases settle. We work
with the physician and attorney to help determine a sufficient settlement
amount to cover prescription costs after a case settles. |
